Application Support Analyst

Seeking a motivated Service Manager to manage software releases and client integrations for a futures and derivatives product.

What Will You Be Involved With?
  • Technical Support and Client Management:
    • Manage software releases to customers and implementation follow-up
    • Provide technical support in a Windows/.NET/SQL Server environment and address product-related queries via calls, emails, and support tickets.
  • Product Integration and Configuration:
    • Help clients integrate Ateo products, manage import/export tasks, and oversee client onboarding.
  • Training and Demonstrations:
    • Conduct training sessions for IT personnel and end-users, demonstrate product functionality and create and maintain documentation and training materials.
  • Project Management, Analysis, and Client Liaison:
    • Manage project scope and delivery, understand and meet customer requirements.
  • Deployment and Maintenance:
    • Review open items regularly
    • Assess customers' needs and advise on potential upgrades and additional features to improve their product experience and output
    • Assist with product packaging, set up UAT and production environments, review backup and recovery processes, and document client deployments

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical background with the ability to take requirements from inception to delivery.
