Key Responsibilities

  • Provide second-line support, troubleshoots application issues, and works with Service Desk and Technical Support teams on escalations.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Server, SQL, Office 365, and Azure; familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities; ITIL Foundation (v4.0) certification is preferred.
