To manage the Technical Support service and teams in the absence of the IT Second Line Support Manager.
To manage the installation, operation and maintenance of end user devices software, in accordance with SLAs.
Our NHS client are urgently looking for an experienced applicant in managing Desktop Support Technical Teams with good People Management Skills.They are offering a 3-month contract and expect the successor to start immediately. Please note the successor will be expected to move over to their Bank system for another 3 months and possibly permanent.
