Desktop Support Engineer , 2nd Line Support for a specialist international insurance company.
You will be providing 2nd line IT Support to c300 users
Working to SLA's resolving 2nd Line incidents.
Office 365 , Active Directory , Windows 10 & 11
Management of devices through Intune admin centre & Azure
Laptop and Mobile Device Support
3 days a week working in city of London head office and 2 days working from home
This is a FTC for 12 months , so permanent salary with benefits included
