The ideal candidate will be a Desktop Support Engineer with experience with Mobile Device Management experience.
THE ROLE:
- 40/41 devices per week
- Engineers must be proactive contacting users, booking in the upgrades
- Relationship building exercises will need to be done. Chasing up, calling users on Teams
THE PERSON:
- Experience as a Desktop Engineer
- Background in Mobile Device Management
- Based in London
