Role: L1 Service Desk AnalystLocation: West London Office (on-site)Salary Range: £30,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
Key Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills - both written and verbal
- Experience with the Autotask ticketing system (a strong advantage)
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, SharePoint, and Intune
- Ability to work rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Prior experience in an MSP environment is essential
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong employment stability - ideally with a minimum of 2.5 years at a previous employer
