Robert Half is working for a leaving Investment Firm and looking for a Junior IT support engineer to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. This role involves hands-on support, equipment management, and ensuring seamless IT operations across the region.
Role:- Manage the refresh cycle (every 24 months) to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruptions.
- Unpack, image, configure, QA, restore data, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile phones (full training provided).
- Act as the primary point of contact for desk visits, troubleshooting docking stations, monitors, headsets, keyboards, and mice.
- Oversee and execute desk relocations as needed.
- Perform daily AV checks in meeting rooms (starting at 8 AM) to ensure seamless functionality.
- Maintain stock levels and keep the build room well organised.
- 1-2 years experience within IT Support
- Attention to detail with precision in executing IT support tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative and work independently.
- Professional demeanour and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels in a corporate setting.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and capability of excelling under high-pressure situations after training.
