Annual Salary: £26k - £28k

Job Type: Full-time
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
My client is seeking a Helpdesk candidate to join their established and well-respected team on a permanent basis This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, collaborative, and reliable, with previous helpdesk experience.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage planned preventative maintenance (ppm) and reactive maintenance
- Allocate jobs to engineers and ensure the completion of works and deadlines met
- Submit detailed job reports to clients and send them along with quotes
- Support the Contracts Manager
- Utilise Job Logic software to track and manage maintenance tasks.
- Manage both shared and personal inboxes, ensuring all communications are handled efficiently.
- Take calls and respond to emails, providing excellent customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or planning / scheduling role.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails.
- Experience with Job Logic or similar job management software is advantageous.
- A friendly, collaborative, and reliable work ethic.
