Helpdesk Manager

Our client, a dynamic and well-established retail maintenance organisation, is seeking an experience Help desk manager on a 12 month contract to cover a maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your skills to an exciting and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

路 Assisting with projects

路 Answering invoice queries

路 Raising invoices on client specific systems

路 Responsible for out of hours call outs

路 Creating and sending invoicing spreadsheets

路 Cross-checking in-house system to client systems to ensure all jobs have been invoiced

路 Requesting order numbers

路 Organisation of jobs

路 Raising permits

路 Assisting the helpdesk with issues

路 Client meetings

路 Assistance with quotes and estimates

路 Site visits

Skills and Personal Qualities:

路 Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel

路 Exposure to the facilities maintenance industry is highly desirable.

路 Experience within helpdesk management in desirable

路 Excellent command of written and spoken English

路 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team

路 Confident and organised, paying meticulous attention to detail

路 Good customer service skills, with a presentable and communicative approach

路 Self-driven and motivated to succeed
