We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Helpdesk Manager to join our clients in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage our CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) system, ensuring smooth scheduling, processes, and work order management across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of the CAFM system, ensuring all work orders are correctly scheduled and processed.
  • Collaborate closely with the helpdesk to ensure the efficient logging, assignment, and completion of work requests.
  • Ensure onsite teams are effectively driving the completion of work orders and meeting deadlines.
  • Analyze performance metrics and reporting to improve processes and drive service improvements.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify and resolve any operational or scheduling issues quickly and efficiently.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CAFM management, ideally within a facilities or property management environment.
  • Strong experience with helpdesk operations, scheduling, and process management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with onsite teams, management, and clients.
  • Ability to drive efficiency, work to deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes and systems.
