Infrastructure Support Analyst - Perm - London
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Location: London - 3/4 days a week on site
Employment Type: Permanent
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the Infrastructre operations teams. The Infrastructure Support Analyst will be responsible for the company's Cloud Platform and on-premises environments who will be required to help deliver, support, review and take ownership of all infrastructure projects and tasks.
Infrastructure Support Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of the current strategic, business and operational plans.
- Taking ownership of infrastructure projects through to their resolution.
- Implement and document new IT Solutions for the business, project managing them from inception to completion.
- Assisting the service delivery teams with incident resolution via a support ticketing system.
- Creation and maintenance of Terraform scripts to deploy updates to existing Cloud services, and to create new Cloud services.
Infrastructure Support Analyst Key Skills:
- Cisco Switches and Routing
- AWS
- Veaam backup solution
- SCCM, Hyper-V, SharePoint
- Excellent knowledge of supporting and maintaining server hardware
