About the Role:

As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional IT support to legal professionals across the globe. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related support queries globally
  • Provide remote and desk-side technical support for a wide range of applications and hardware
  • Manage support calls through ServiceNow, ensuring appropriate tracking, escalation, and documentation
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Assist with audio and video conference setups
  • Participate in a 24/7 follow-the-sun support model, including evening and weekend shifts (with additional compensation)
Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 12 months' IT help desk support experience in a professional services environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledge of hardware such as laptops and mobile devices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • ITIL Foundation qualification (desirable)
  • Understanding of legal software (advantageous)
