- Assist with servers, LAN/WAN, computer repairs, networks, virus protection, WiF-Fi, and more
- Solid technical background with an ability to help non-technical users
- Current IT support experience, ideally on-site
- Comfortable supporting virtualization, backups, MS Exchange, Active Directory and Office 365.
- Experience on firewalls, switches and servers
- CCNA certification an advantage.
