The salary for this position ranges from £33,000 to £36,000, depending on experience, and a CCNA certification is considered advantageous.

Join a super-friendly IT company as an On-site IT Support Engineer.THE ROLE:In this client-facing team, you will assist with 1st and 2nd line support and projects. This involves:

Prioritising support tickets
Resolve and respond to issues
Set up new equipment
Assist with servers, LAN/WAN, computer repairs, networks, virus protection, WiF-Fi, and more

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Solid technical background with an ability to help non-technical users
Current IT support experience, ideally on-site
Comfortable supporting virtualization, backups, MS Exchange, Active Directory and Office 365.
Experience on firewalls, switches and servers
CCNA certification an advantage.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

£33,000 - £36,000, dependent on experience
