Technical Support Manager – London – Hybrid

Technical Support Manager – London – Hybrid – Our boutique client is looking for a Technical Support Manager to take direction and lead their UK enterprise. This will encompass Desktop Support – Networks – Telephony, and Firewalls. You will also have day-to-day responsibility for a small team of engineers and report to the global operation. For this role, you will have the following

• Strong IT Technical background
• Strong Microsoft knowledge, including In-Tune and 365
• Network knowledge, including Firewalls, Security etc  
• Experience in dealing with Third Party Supplier
• Excellent Communication and People management knowledge
• Ideally degree educated
