- Provide first-line technical support to employees and clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to IT helpdesk tickets via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
- Help maintain the IT asset inventory and document system configurations.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate more complex issues.
- Provide basic support for Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and other common applications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, backups, and security checks.
- Contribute to ongoing IT projects and initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in the IT field.
