My client are a publishing and retail business that specialise in comics. With offices in London Bridge, organic growth sees them recruiting for a IT Support specialist to join their team
The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for all IT support inquiries, providing comprehensive support across the company.
- Configure and install hardware and software for business operations, including PCs, Macs, printers, mobile devices (iPads/iPhones), point-of-sale systems, Avast antivirus, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Oversee the management of Google Workspace.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies.
- Adhere to procedures for onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Maintain an up-to-date help desk.
- Document IT solutions and log them in the IT Knowledge Base.
- Conduct regular stock checks and manage ordering.
- Own tasks from initiation to completion, ensuring timely resolution.
Your Profile
To apply for this role you will have 1-2 years experience in an IT support function. You will be keen to learn and have a proactive approach to developing your career. You will be a hard worker and will possess excellent communication skills as you will be working with colleagues at all levels as well as customers. This role requires you to be in the office 5 days a week as your primary role is to support the office. Having a passion for the comic industry would be advantageous.
Salary & Benefits
£27,000 - £30,000 + discount on their products
