Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a dedicated IT Support Analyst to join one of our global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office as part of their Service Desk Team. This role offers exposure to a wide range of IT projects and activities, with opportunities to enhance the firms systems, procedures, and knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, direct contact, and remotely.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests promptly, escalating when necessary.
  • Support applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, mobile devices, iManage, and other firm-wide applications.
  • Provide hardware support for laptops, printers, remote access, and mobile devices.
  • Assist with AV and VC conference room setups for meetings and events.
  • Adhere to all IT processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Liaise with third parties and suppliers as required.
  • Participate in firm-wide IT initiatives.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
  • Flexibility to support projects/events outside of working hours.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and ITIL best practices.
  • Experience with networking, printers, and mobile device support.
