Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join the Information Technology department of one of our international law firm clients at their London office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support for business and end-user devices, including PCs, laptops, IP telephones, and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming help requests from end users via telephone and email in a courteous manner.
  • Log and escalate user requests, maintaining problem status/resolution information in the ticketing database.
  • Troubleshoot issues with Windows-based workstations, custom applications, email, network, and peripheral equipment.
  • Document customer issue history and resolutions for call tracking, reporting, and knowledgebase creation.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of operating systems, standard applications, and computer hardware solutions.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues on workstations, laptops, and personal devices running Windows and Apple operating systems.
  • Handle IOS & Android Workspace ONE MDM queries.
  • Prioritize and escalate problems to appropriate IT teams and collaborate to resolve issues.
  • Support pre-meeting conference room setups and audio/visual equipment.
  • Perform Moves, Adds, and Changes, and support end-user hardware installations.
  • Administer Cisco IP Phones via Cisco Call Manager.
  • Provide training and support for new joiner setups and manage mobile telephony vendor relationships.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting end-user equipment in a high-availability environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, and a team player.
  • Solid understanding of PC hardware/peripheral devices, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience supporting Citrix XenDesktop platforms and mobile technologies (iOS & Android).
