Crone Corkill are partnered with a very well established, Central London based professional services client who are looking to add an IT Support Analyst to the team. Focusing predominantly on 2nd Line responsibilities as part of a close-knit team, you'll be a key member in their upcoming migration & testing projects, whilst also providing day to day IT Support for circa 100 end users.

What will you do as an IT Support Analyst?

  • Create Windows Server templates
  • Create and administer user accounts on Office 365/Azure and Active Directory
  • Deliver and manage VMs
  • Provide performance monitoring, datastore management and snapshot maintenance of VMs
  • Troubleshoot the O365 suite with 3rd party software integration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange etc)
  • Group Policy management
  • Perform IT inductions for new starters
  • Install and maintain IT hardware and troubleshoot & resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices etc

What skills do you need to be an IT Support Analyst?

  • The ability to work independently on Desktop Support
  • Customer service expertise
  • Desktop Support in a Windows 10/11 environment (On-Prem & Remote)
  • Office 365/Azure admin
  • VMware (vSphere advantageous)
  • Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange etc admin
  • Azure AD & Active Directory admin
  • Intune (advantageous)
  • iManage (advantageous)
  • Citrix Virtual apps (advantageous)
  • PowerShell (advantageous)
  • Experience working in a small company/IT team previously (advantageous)
