The Company

My client is a leading investment bank with a strong presence in the financial services industry with offices in the City of London and are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join and provide technical support to their European user base.

The Role

You will play a crucial role in maintaining a stable IT environment and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality IT support to employees across Europe
  • Collaborate with global support and infrastructure teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently
  • Expand technical expertise to support diverse hardware and software
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements
  • Provide basic user training and identify training needs
  • Manage and respond to support tickets within SLAs
  • Offer technical support for a range of systems and applications, including:
    • Active Directory (Azure/On-Prem), Microsoft Exchange (Online/On-Prem), SCCM, Intune, McAfee, Microsoft Office 365, Windows, iOS, and Android devices
    • Desktops, printers, and peripherals
    • Cisco VOIP, including CUCM administration
    • Voice recording systems
    • Standard and specialized software
    • Market data products and custom applications
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Your Profile

To apply for the role you will have around 2 years experience in an IT support role. You will be proactive, curious and happy to get your hands dirty. You will have excellent communication skills and happy to work in a fast paced busy environment. Financial services experiences would be advantageous. This role requires you to be in the office 5 days a week.

Salary & Benefits

  • £35,000 - £40,000 + discretionary bonus
