Job Responsibilities

  • The Junior IT Service Desk Analyst provides day-to-day Service Desk support to the business worldwide.
  • You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and high levels of first point of contact resolution in addition to the continual improvement of IT support services from the IT Service Desk to our customers.
  • You will work within the IT Service Desk team and IT Department to support the delivery of a quality IT Service Desk service to defined performance metrics.
  • Ensure prioritisation and escalation processes are followed, liaising where necessary with the rest of the IT team and/or third parties to ensure that all tickets are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including user account creation, moves and changes worldwide.

Skills Required

  • Working knowledge of IT desktop services and user admin activities (new joiners, folder mgmt., password resets).
  • Working knowledge of Windows O/S and hardware support.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Office 365.
  • Good understanding of smartphone technology and mobile device management solutions/systems.
  • Good understanding of remote access systems (VPN, direct access, Citrix).

This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH/3 days office based.
