LB321 – Lead Network Support SpecialistLocation: Central LondonSalary: £40,000 - £45,000Overview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Lead Network Support Specialist on behalf of one of our clients.The successful candidate will be responsible for remote fault resolution via various tools and programs. Always ensuring best practice with quality and professionalism to maintain customer satisfaction.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however, all candidates will be considered.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Onsite fault resolution – equipment replacement and diagnostics.
  • Managing the ticket management system – creating support tickets and identifying trends.
  • Creation of documentation (procedures, Hardware & Software setups)
  • Proactive maintenance
  • Arrange stock allocation through the asset management system
  • Working closely with Lead Network Support Specialists to enhance knowledge on various programmes

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 7&10 embedded)
  • Computer Networking skills (TCP/IP and VPN)
  • AV/Digital Signage experience is desirable
  • Experience in Remote IT Support
