Join a large, growing organization as an experienced Application Support Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics (AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O) to manage and support critical enterprise applications. The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring efficient application performance, prompt issue resolution, and close collaboration across teams to enhance systems in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-line support, troubleshoots application issues, and works with Service Desk and Technical Support teams on escalations.
- Oversees application administration, managing installations, configurations, updates, and ensuring change management protocols are followed.
- Documents processes, conducts training sessions, and shares knowledge to enhance team proficiency and user experience.
- Collaborates with business units to identify and implement application improvements that address evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of two years of hands-on experience with AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O within a large organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Server, SQL, Office 365, and Azure; familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities; ITIL Foundation (v4.0) certification is preferred.
