- Provisioning and preparing Windows and Apple devices.
- Applying images, task sequences, and applications for deployment.
- Actively managing deployed devices, ensuring up-to-date security fixes and applications.
- Collaborating with users to issue devices and manage returns.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring optimal device performance.
- Monitoring and managing device usage, reporting, and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of network connectivity and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in endpoint hardware, operating systems, and software.
- Familiar with device management tools like Jamf, Intune, MECM/SCCM, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Attention to detail, process-driven mindset, and dedication to quality.
- Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and protective measures.
