An established global insurer is currently looking for a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join their IT team permanently in their London office.You will provide 1st and 2nd line support to their London-based colleagues, as well as act as a key escalation point for the UK Support Team, ensuring a high standard of service is being delivered.The successful candidate will be:An experienced Senior Desktop Support Engineer Proficient with Active Directory, Office 365, Dell hardware, and Azure or Exchange administration. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to influence and negotiate when required.
