They need a Service Desk Analyst in order to support their growing user base.Due to the structure of the team, the Service Desk Analyst will have the chance to get involved in numerous aspects of IT and become a Jack of all trades. As the Service Desk Analyst, you will also have the chance to work on projects including cloud migrations, Office moves, Windows 10 to 11 upgrades, Exchange to Exchange online migration and rollouts.Essential skills - Service Desk Analyst:

  • Active Directory
  • Windows 10
  • MS Office
  • Exchange admin portal
  • Willing to get involved in everything

Desirable skills - Service Desk Analyst:

  • Any cloud experience
  • Legal experience - iManage, BigHand
