They are currently looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to add to their existing dynamic support engineers on their service desk.

1st Line Service Desk Analyst with MSP experience
- Excellent customer service skills - both written and verbal
- Experience with the Autotask ticketing system (a strong advantage)
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, SharePoint, and Intune
- Basic networking fundamentals
- Prior experience in an MSP environment is essential
- Experience working on a busy service desk
- Client site visits when required
- Experience working in an ITIL environment
- Ability to work rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
***Hybrid working (3 days onsite/2 days remote) following successful completion of 3 months induction/probation period.
