Service Desk Analyst

Leading International law firm seeks a Service Desk Analyst to join their busy IT team in London, this role is a permanent office-based position.

Service Desk Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries from clients using the firm’s various tools and platforms
  • Resolve level 1 problems by guiding users through the resolution process
  • Offer clear guidance to users on how to effectively utilise applications and tools
  • Record assistance requests, incidents, and solutions in the ticketing system
  • Handle any escalated issues, monitoring their resolutions within a reasonable timeframe
  • Interact with third-party service providers to resolve issues and ensure seamless integration of external services
  • Oversee the management of company assets using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
  • Responsible for imaging and setting up new hardware for new or existing firm members
  • Assist with any Boardroom AV requests/issues

Service Desk Analyst Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 2 years+ IT experience within a law firm
  • Excellent knowledge of supporting applications such as Windows 10, Microsoft Office products, Outlook (use of backup software and knowledge of servers is advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge of network management and call ticketing systems
