We are currently working with a top law firm based in central London who are seeking an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Analyst.

Your responsibilities:

Being the first point of call for all IT-related support and providing remote technical support for computer applications and hardware:

  • Office 365
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Windows 10
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange

Your skills:

  • A minimum of one years’ IT help desk support experience within a professional services organisation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with a demonstrable knowledge of PC hardware and operating systems
  • Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of working in a high pressure environment.
