Your new companyA prestigious organisation is seeking a dedicated Windows 11 Rollout Engineer to join the team on a 3-month initial basis. Your new roleYour primary responsibility will be to provide support for the ongoing Windows 11 deployment project. Key tasks include:
- Providing project support for the build and deployment of Windows 11.
- Building, configuring, and supporting desktops, laptops, and other equipment.
- Installing, configuring, and supporting software.
- Troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving issues related to user login, system configurations, software installations, and other technical matters.
- Providing support to users both on-site and remotely.
- Answering the Service Desk help line.
- Logging and managing Service Desk tickets.
- Creating documentation and sharing knowledge of systems and processes.
- Undertaking any other reasonable tasks as requested by your manager.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in Windows 11 deployment and support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with desktop and laptop hardware configuration.
- Familiarity with software installation and configuration.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
