ServiceNow Technical Architect

6-month contract

Outside IR35 - Day rate negotiable

I am currently recruiting for a ServiceNow Technical Architect on behalf of my international client.

This is a contract role, hybrid working with some on site requirements in London. The contract is for an initial 6-month period, outside IR35.

  • We are looking for deep ServiceNow knowledge and previous implementation experience is required.
  • Experience in other areas of the platform alongside ITSM is advantageous, these include ITOM, CMDB.
  • ServiceNow Certifications - System Administrator, Certified Implementation ITSM.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high quality ServiceNow implementations based on requirements
  • Ensuring adherence to coding and design standards, and providing technical hand-over documentation
  • Provide technical design authority and mentor more junior members of the team
  • Contribute to the development of technical procedures and standards
  • Recording, qualification and questioning of customer requirements, even in complex projects and in the case of unclear customer requirements
