System Support Analyst - Banking

Hybrid - Inside IR35

We are working with a leading banking client seeking an experienced Systems Support Analyst to support and optimize their IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, M365), Windows OS, and networking while working closely with business and technical teams to ensure seamless system operations in a regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, maintain, and enhance IT systems, ensuring they meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between IT support teams, infrastructure engineers, and business stakeholders to improve system performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide in-depth expertise in Microsoft Azure, M365, Windows OS, SQL Server and Exchange
  • Support networking infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and security configurations.
  • Work on system upgrades, migrations, and cloud deployments, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to maintain banking industry standards.
