The Company

A well-established and reputable financial services firm, known for delivering tailored wealth and trust management solutions, is seeking a Tech Support to join their team.

As a key member of the Operations team, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to enhance technical processes, implement technology projects, and boost overall productivity. Your role will be dynamic and varied, focusing on improving internal workflows, enhancing client experience, and automating tasks within our back-office system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily technical support to the team to ensure productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the business.
  • Implement key technology changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain systems while automating processes.
  • Work with external support to implement and uphold IT policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure smooth operation of back-office systems.
  • Assist team members in resolving technical challenges.
  • Act as a sounding board for problem-solving across the team.
  • Support Heads of Departments in optimizing technology use within their teams.
  • Learn from team insights to refine and enhance existing processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and address business challenges.
  • Plan, build and implement projects within the business and have full autonomy to roll these out to suit the needs of the business.
  • Monitor and review tech projects to ensure they are completed on time and that they are achieving what the business requires

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Passion for process improvement and efficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Skilled in Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Familiarity within financial planning
  • Degree in Computer Science (or similar)
  • Previous experience in financial planning firm
  • Previous experience managing and delivering project
