In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CTO/Co-founder, gaining comprehensive insight into the company's operations. A solid understanding of technical and software development is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison with internal stakeholders, including the Technology Team, Business Development Team, Legal, and external partners such as crypto exchanges.
  • Assist the CTO in coordinating with the Technology Team on software development, projects, and matters impacting business activities.
  • Provide comprehensive business support to the CTO, covering areas such as business development, administrative tasks, and coordination.
  • Identify and implement best practices in current workflows and controls, as well as in planned initiatives.
  • Propose and actively contribute to improvements in operational efficiency.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CTO.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Positive attitude with a strong can-do approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, capable of handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to work beyond regular office hours when necessary.
  • Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin and highly proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong cultural awareness and familiarity with UK working practices is advantageous.
