- Being the first point of contact when something breaks—whether it’s a salon Wi-Fi issue, a phone system glitch, or a login problem
- Logging and tracking tickets with external IT and systems suppliers, following through until resolved
- Communicating clearly and promptly with salon teams and head office staff
- Coordinating onboarding/offboarding (e.g. logins, system access, email accounts)
- Keeping systems, passwords, and equipment records organised and up to date
- Supporting with CRM access and settings, escalating issues where needed
- Helping manage new salon openings and coordinating tech setup (including site visits)
- Staying on top of IT renewals and flagging upcoming actions
- Assisting with compliance and data protection tasks where required
- Proven experience in office coordination
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously in a remote position
- Demonstrated honesty and reliability

- Tech-savvy with the ability to use multiple systems (over 5 different systems required)
