TECHNICAL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR  One of the UK’s leading salon groups is seeking a proactive and organised Technical Operations Coordinator to support our 50 salons, academy, and head office. This role isn’t about deep technical expertise, but rather resourcefulness and problem-solving. You’ll liaise with suppliers, log and track tickets, and ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. If you're a natural problem-solver with great people skills, we’d love to hear from you!  TECHNICAL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR ROLE:
  • Being the first point of contact when something breaks—whether it’s a salon Wi-Fi issue, a phone system glitch, or a login problem
  • Logging and tracking tickets with external IT and systems suppliers, following through until resolved
  • Communicating clearly and promptly with salon teams and head office staff
  • Coordinating onboarding/offboarding (e.g. logins, system access, email accounts)
  • Keeping systems, passwords, and equipment records organised and up to date
  • Supporting with CRM access and settings, escalating issues where needed
  • Helping manage new salon openings and coordinating tech setup (including site visits)
  • Staying on top of IT renewals and flagging upcoming actions
  • Assisting with compliance and data protection tasks where required
 TECHNICAL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
  • Proven experience in office coordination
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills and knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously in a remote position
  • Demonstrated honesty and reliability
  • high attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to use multiple systems (over 5 different systems required)
