A skilled Technical Support Analyst with technical support experience is needed to join the team at this leading trading software company based in London on a full-time basis. 

They are a global leader in high-performance multi-asset trading systems.

This role follows a shift pattern:

  • Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00
  • Friday from 09:00 to 13:00
  • Sunday from 08:30 to 12:30 GMT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to clients globally and advise on questions/queries
  • Monitor clients systems to provide proactive / real time alerting & updates internally and externally
  • Investigate issues to resolution, involving other parties and escalating where needed
  • Identify steps to reproduce issues and replicate them by setting up VMs and replaying FIX messages
  • Liaise with clients to interpret queries for root cause analysis and propose appropriate workarounds and solutions
  • Clearly communicate updates and timelines and manage client expectations
  • Actively manage and regularly update support documentation and how-to's for clients
  • Contribute to enhancing the alerting mechanisms used for production support and be responsible for enhancing the monitoring coverage

Required Experience: 

  • Technical support experience 
  • STEM degree
  • Experience with Linux and Shell scripting.
  • Experience in a coding language (C++, Java, or Python preferred)
  • Knowledge of FIX protocol
