The Opportunity:

Joining the growing customer facing team as a Customer Support Administrator, you will work closely with the wider client management team to ensure client queries, issues and difficulties are logged, investigated and resolved promptly.

Managing inbound client user queries through a helpdesk solution, you will assess and resolve queries, or worth with escalation points to ensure resolution.

Typical queries will relate to accounts, password or user issues, but some will be a little more complex and need you to take a proactive, methodical approach.

This role presents great access to the Customer Success team so if you are keen to develop yourself in a customer centric role, this could be the opportunity for you!

The ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in a B2B client support role within a software solution
  • A switched-on problem solver that is able to work with varied issues across a diverse solution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - you will work close with other internal stakeholders, as well as the clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects at any given time.
  • No ego, self-awareness and a willingness to learn!
  • Degree educated.
