Technical Support Specialist

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note, the role is based near Canning Town and you will be required on-site 5 days per week.

The role is working for a rapidly growing e-commerce business and you will provide quality product support and troubleshooting covering PCs to Gaming Devices.

Technical Support Specialist – Key Skills:

  • Experience in troubleshooting PCs, Mini PCs, or gaming devices
  • Knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems (setup, troubleshooting, installations)
  • Knowledge of Linux is nice to have, but not essential
  • Familiarity with office tools (Word, Excel, ticketing systems)
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
