Technical Support Specialist
Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Please note, the role is based near Canning Town and you will be required on-site 5 days per week.
The role is working for a rapidly growing e-commerce business and you will provide quality product support and troubleshooting covering PCs to Gaming Devices.

Technical Support Specialist – Key Skills:
- Experience in troubleshooting PCs, Mini PCs, or gaming devices
- Knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems (setup, troubleshooting, installations)
- Knowledge of Linux is nice to have, but not essential
- Familiarity with office tools (Word, Excel, ticketing systems)
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
