• Provide strategic input and technical leadership in shaping the global telecom strategy.
• Design and implement high-quality solutions, including Cisco and Microsoft Teams voice services.
• Stay ahead of telecom trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Manage incident resolutions, mentor junior team members, and ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
• Contribute to global telecom projects, ensuring smooth integration and service delivery.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (or equivalent industry experience).
• Certifications: Cisco and Microsoft telecoms accreditations are highly preferred.
• Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications, Microsoft Teams voice services, and telecom network management.
• Skills: Expertise in telecommunications protocols, VoIP design, video conferencing, and mobile telephony solutions.
• Additional Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
