  • Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications, Microsoft Teams voice services, and telecom network management.
  • Skills: Expertise in telecommunications protocols, VoIP design, video conferencing, and mobile telephony solutions.
  • Additional Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
