An award-winning IT and Networks consultancy is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join their expanding National Security team due to a renewed partnership.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Network Engineering and possess the necessary security clearance to work with National Security clients.
Key technical competencies include expertise in LANs/WANs, VPNs, TCP/IP protocols, and firewall technologies from vendors like Cisco and Palo Alto.
The role also requires knowledge of network design, application delivery controllers, and cloud solutions such as AWS or Azure.
Salary for the position is competitive and commensurate with experience, reflecting the importance of this role in a leading consultancy.

Award-winning IT and Networks consultancy is expanding their National Security team and requires a Senior Network Engineer to join this industry-leading practice as result of renewing a 14 year-partnership for a further 5 years.

This organisation are somewhat of an institution in Government as a long-standing network services supplier to the most secure Gov sites in the UK.

If you are an experienced client-facing Network Engineering professional with the necessary privileges and clearance to work on-site with National Security customers and the below technical competencies please apply now:

Technical experience criteria:

LANs / WANs.
WAN solutions and circuits such as VPN's or MPLS.
TCP/IP based networks & protocols such as BGP, or OSPF.
Strong knowledge of switching and routing (CCIE or CCNP level).
Firewall technologies (Cisco / Fortinet / Palo Alto / Checkpoint).
Network design & documentation (LLD / HLD).
Application Delivery Controllers such as Citrix or F5.
Ansible or Python.
CiscoACI, VMware NSX or Nuage.
Cloud solutions (AWS or Azure).
