Job Description:
- Three skills in GTD 5G RAN / Radio Coverage / RU integration
- Resource required must be skilled in RF planning, tuning and optimisation for a 5G RAN network integration and test.
- Good understanding of RAN on 5G SA/NSA Architecture.
- Very strong debugging skills on field issues.
- Experience in integration with different vendors RU, UE and RAN.
- Detailed understanding of tools such as QXDM, Nemo for UE side log analysis.
- Good understanding of Air Interfaces Features like power control and all pusch/pucch, pdsch/pdcch, prach channels.
- Strong system knowledge of 5G and good understanding of Linux OS, RT kernel patch.
- RF Expertise and experience on RF planning tool.
- Ability to do Drive test and guide for Network Planning
