Goodman Masson Recruitment are working with a London Housing Association in seeking a proactive and strategic Asset Data Manager to take ownership of asset data collection, reporting, and analysis, driving informed decision-making and investment planning.

The Role
As Asset Data Manager, you will:? Lead the collection and management of asset data to ensure robust, accurate, and auditable insights.? Develop and maintain asset plans, using data analytics to shape investment decisions and inform strategic direction.? Oversee stock condition surveys and ensure data is effectively used to plan maintenance and compliance programmes.? Deliver key investment and disposal strategies, supporting the organisation's long-term objectives.? Collaborate across teams, liaising with finance, property services, and senior leadership to ensure asset information drives high-impact decisions.? Champion innovation and sustainability, contributing to the organisation's environmental and zero-carbon goals.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:?? Strong experience in asset and data management, ideally within the social housing or property management sector.?? Proven expertise in data analysis and reporting, including stock condition surveys, maintenance planning, and compliance tracking.?? The ability to develop strategic investment plans, ensuring cost-effective and future-proof asset management.?? Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence and collaborate across teams.?? Technical proficiency in databases, Microsoft Office, and asset management IT systems.
A background in housing, asset management, or project management (RICS/CIOB/CIH qualifications desirable) will give you a strong foundation for success.

- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: initial 3 months, with long-term extensions.
