Cloud Operations Manager - London (Hybrid) - £70-90K DOE

Currently seeking a Cloud Operations manager to lead a team of 8 Engineers with plans to grow to 12 within the next 6 months. The ideal candidate would have experience providing hands on mentoring of Engineers in the Azure space and been involved in the hiring process having previously built teams.

Must Haves:

Ability guiding more junior team members - REAL LIFE COACHING SKILLS.
Expertise in cloud technologies (Azure).
Python scripting, Unix shell & Powershell.
Strong understanding of Microsoft stack.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes & container orchestration.
Ability to think horizontally & work collaboratively to solve problems & design & implement solutions.
Strong independent & collaborative problem-solving skills: example areas include the ability to research and select appropriate technologies and approaches for inclusion in the environment in a timely fashion.
