Key Responsibilities

Oversee the operation and maintenance of all IT Spaces, including data centres and communications rooms
Assist in the implementation of tech changes across the IT infrastructure
Respond to tickets, service requests and change requests
Assist with IT infrastructure security, backup, and monitoring
Provide and maintain thorough records, procedures, inventory, and equipment
Promote cooperation and open communication with other IT departments

Essential

Proven experience working within technical environments such as data centre suites and communication rooms (Technical Spaces)
Demonstrated success in an operational and collaborative role, including liaising with third-party providers
Experienced in managing and delivering technical projects effectively
Strong ability to identify, prioritize, and manage workflows efficiently
Ability to convey information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
