Data Executive - Graduate Role

£25,000 Per Annum, plus company bonuses (£8- 10k per annum)

We are looking for a STEM graduate, who is keen to kickstart their career within the media landscape. We are looking to invest in somebody who can grow with us.

The role will be 100% remote, although as a team we spend a lot of time within the virtual office. This role would suit a recent graduate within Data, Analytics, Economics or similar. Someone who is interested in Data.

Your Role

  • Reporting to our Campaign Management team, you will be an imperative cog in our lead generation wheel, ensuring all data generated is verified, accurate and up to date.
  • Your initial responsibility will be quality assessment of our lead data. This will include checking our data against a range of data sources. This includes checking Job titles match requirements for our campaigns, telephone numbers are correct etc…
  • Be responsible for setting up and launching new campaigns. This will include creating automated data checking rules via our data validation systems and handling API integrations with client systems where necessary (appropriate training will be given).
  • Be tasked with maintaining the smooth sailing of all campaigns, ensuring an excellent level of service for all clients.
  • Communicate the responsiveness of campaigns effectively and concisely so we can accurately predict campaign trajectories.
  • Be comfortable running operational and analytic tasks, including segmenting data and analysing response rates on various technology platforms which we employ (Appropriate training will be given).

About You:

  • Enjoys working with data and is analytic by nature.
  • Is comfortable with data entry, someone who learns new software and methods quickly.
  • Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A Problem solver, professional, prompt, and reliable.
  • Is comfortable both working remotely and flexibly.
  • Is comfortable working to targets and quotas.
  • Communicates ideas and asks for clarification when needed.
  • Is extremely driven.
  • Is open-minded and willing to learn from experienced peers.
  • Flourishes in a buoyant, hardworking, and upbeat atmosphere.
  • Experience with coding, HTML, graphic design, macro building, database or web building will also be favourable but not required.
