A great opportunity to join a sustainable car company as a Head of Data and Insights
THE COMPANY
The business are a sustainable car company and they are looking for a Head of Data and Insights to join the business and put data-driven decision making at the heart of the businesses strategy and operations, whilst also leading and building out a Data and Insights team of their own.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and embedding a data insight function and strategy
- Developing a roadmap to implement data strategy to become a data driven organisation
- Oversee the build of performance dashboards, visualisation tools and products
- Provide the analytical capability that interprets the data and system performance information to support decision making
- Ensure appropriate data governance and data management capabilities are in place
- Working on predictive modelling to help with forecasting utilisation
- Leading and managing an analytics team of your own
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong background across data analytics, visualisation, modelling and data governance and data architecture
- Proven experience in building and leading data teams
- Strong technical experience in SQL, Python and AWS
- Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills
