To date, they have dominated the market with over 95% of their target customers now using their software. They have achieved Series B funding and have aggressive growth plans to further expand into new, global markets, with additional products. They currently employ around 250 members of staff and operate from their stunning central London office in Shoreditch.They are looking for a Head of IT to take full ownership of their IT Infrastructure and the engineers supporting it. Your role as Head of IT will see you responsible for all strategic decisions regarding their IT roadmap, management of all projects, delegation of tasks amongst the team of 4 engineers, and guiding the organisation in terms of vendor selection and how best to build out the infrastructure. Ultimately, you will be ensuring the availability, security, and continued development of all IT systems. You will also manage the budget, choosing where spend is required, whilst making sure your engineers are meeting the KPIs you set and performing to your expectations.They want somebody who can help support their growth as a leading Healthcare SaaS business whilst headcount and system use increases. You will be given full autonomy in this role to run things how you see fit. YOU are the expert, and they will follow your guidance at every turn. Key Skills:

IT Roadmap development, project planning and management
Strategic IT operations direction, working with C-Level management
Technical Team training, motivating, hiring, appraisals
IT budget management, vendor selection, research into best technology
KPI setting, reporting, and adherence

Windows Server 2022
Strong in both Windows and macOS (mixed environment)
Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID
Google Workspace
MDM – Intune and Jamf (or Kandji)
VMware vSphere
Cisco Meraki
