A specialist Insurance firm is looking to hire a Head of MI & Data Analytics to manage and lead the central analytics team. You will coordinate all day-to-day dataflows & MI and their associated systems, leading process automation and ad hoc system & data projects.KEY REQUIREMENTS:路 You will have significant experience of Lloyds data & reporting, & wider KPI and performance reporting.路 Have experience of managing a Data Warehouse and underlying systems (UW, RI, Delegatedetc), including the Data Governance framework.路 Have strong Knowledge of the Actuarial and Finance reporting processes.路 Have strong team management skills.路 Excellent communication & presentation skills to a broad range of stakeholders.路 Have ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment, quickly identifying and solving problems.
